Frequently Asked Questions

My tickets say Friday, July 19th on them, but I only ordered for Saturday. Did I get the wrong tickets?

No -- your ticket is accurate.

Our event is a 2 day event.  Friday, July 19th & Saturday, July 20th.  Every ticket will show the festival start date of July 19th on them, but will also list your ticket level in bold at the top of the ticket.  All tickets will have Friday, July 19th on them as that is the day the event starts -- what is important is the ticket level you have (Friday, Saturday or Weekend Passes) which is in bold at the top of the ticket.

Your ticket will only scan for the day it's valid.  If you show up on Friday with a Saturday ticket, it will not scan and you will not be permitted into the park without a valid ticket.  We will send a full walkthrough to all ticket holders as we get closer to the event.

Please see image below as an example.  The highlighted text in YELLOW is your ticket level which clearly marks what day / days your ticket is valid.

Is this an All Ages event?

No.  Our event is 19+ ONLY and is a fully licensed event.
